The house has been going through some renovations this year. We have repainted the back stairway, we are currently in the process of remodeling the third floor bathroom and our alumni are getting the second floor bathroom fixed. This past spring, several brothers helped to build a new study bench in Tuck's Place to make it a better suited study room. The alumni also paid for trees and shrubs around the property to be used as a noise barrier.
